Can I Make A Provisional Booking?
We are unable to accept provisional bookings.
Can I Turn Up At A Course Without A Booking?
Unfortunately not because we need to know final numbers in advance to ensure we have sufficient course notes and appropriate room hire and catering.
How Do I Make A Booking?
Bookings can be made by telephone on 0161 793 0984, by fax on 0161 728 8139, by email at information@mblseminars.co.uk or via our on-line booking page at www.mblseminars.co.uk
Will I Receive A Booking Confirmation?
Yes. You will receive written confirmation by email normally within 2 hours of your booking.
How Do I Cancel A Booking?
All cancellations must be in writing – by letter, fax or email.
If I Cancel My Booking Will A Refund Be Given?
If you cancel more than 22 days prior to the course date you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 22 days the course fee remains payable but you can book an alternative course free of charge (for bookings cancelled between 21 and 8 days) or for an administration fee of £50.00 plus VAT (for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the course date).
Why Do I Have To Pay An Administration Fee?
This covers our wasted costs relating to the venue and course notes.
Am I Entitled To Any Discount?
If you are an MBL Season Ticket Holder you will receive a discount of up to 50% on all bookings.
How Do I Pay For My Booking?
Payment may be made by cheque, BACS or credit card. Full details will appear on your invoice.
When Is Payment Due?
Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice or prior to the course, whichever is sooner.
Are MBL Venues Accessible By Public Transport?
We always try to use city centre venues which are close to both public transport and road networks.
Where Will My Course Be Held?
The venue will be confirmed to you by email 14 days prior to the course date and we will send a further reminder 2 days before the course.
All MBL seminars are accredited for CPD purposes by The Solicitors Regulation Authority, The Institute of Paralegals and The Institute of Legal Executives. MBL Property seminars, Wills and Probate seminars and Pensions seminars are accredited by The Council for Licensed Conveyancers, The Institute of Professional Willwriters and The Pensions Management Institute respectively.
