Speaker: Susan Singleton is Vice Chairman of the Competition Law Association and author of 30 books and runs leading competition law solicitor's practice in London, Singletons (www.singlelaw.com). She sits on the EC Law Committee of the Licensing Executives Society and is an independent member of the Direct Marketing Commission. She regularly takes cases to the OFT and European Commission and litigates competition damages matters as well as advising on the EU and UK competition rules, providing guidance to dominant and non dominant companies on practices within the EU in particular import and export issues as well as engaging in intellectual property law advice and litigation. |
