Why You Should Attend this Seminar
This half-day seminar is designed to give an introduction to the law relating to the Parole Board hearings.
Whilst mainly aimed at practitioners who are new to this area of practice this seminar will also be of interest to more established practitioners in its coverage of recent case law and developments including the greater use of the recall provisions.
It will detail the legal framework and the procedures adopted at an oral hearing as well as identify the steps to be taken prior to paper considerations.
