Why you should attend this seminar

This seminar is aimed at lawyers specialising in Mental Health Law.

Those lawyers who are members of the MHRT Accredited Scheme are subject to re-accreditation every three years. You have to demonstrate "continued competence"; you have to be up-to-date with changes in law and practice.

This seminar, which is constantly updated, will explain changes introduced by the Mental Health Act 2007, as well as recent crucial judgments up to the date of the seminar.

    Speaker: Christina Moller, Barrister Alexander Chambers, specialises in mental health, medical and human rights law. She has delivered seminars to lawyers (as well as academics) and spoken on Radio London. Before transferring to the Bar she was a criminal defence solicitor.
