Speaker: Stuart Adair, Barrister (called 1995), 24 Old Buildings. Stuart practises all areas of company and partnership law but has particular expertise in minority shareholder actions, claims against directors and highly contentious litigation. He is co-author of Blackstone’s Guide to the Companies Act 2006 and is a highly experienced presenter. Speaker: Erin Hitchens, 24 Old Buildings. Prior to being called to the Bar, Erin was a solicitor in the corporate department at Herbert Smith which gave her excellent experience in company law, corporate structures, issues surrounding directors’ duties, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and commercial contracts. She worked on a range of transactions, from international deals to small private acquisitions. |
