On 31 March 2009 firm based regulation came into force through The Legal Services Act 2007 bringing with it changes to the Code of Conduct.

From now on, whether you are an LLP, a limited company, a sole practitioner or a traditional partnership you will be regulated as a firm - size does not matter!

Speaker: Peter Warner, MBA, Solicitor (non-practising), has been working as a Consultant for the last 13 years, advising some of the country’s top firms on Risk Management and Quality Standards. In 2004 Peter was one of only two people appointed by the Law Society to run update sessions in Lexcel for Consultants, Assessors and Practices.
