On 31 March 2009 firm based regulation came into force through The Legal Services Act 2007 bringing with it changes to the Code of Conduct.
From now on, whether you are an LLP, a limited company, a sole practitioner or a traditional partnership you will be regulated as a firm - size does not matter!
