Why You Should Attend This Seminar

The Intractable Contact Dispute can be the most frustrating matter in your caseload, for the client and the lawyer alike.

This intermediate level seminar examines why these cases become “intractable” and looks at some strategies to unwind and resolve them. It also deals with developments in associated areas such as the transfer and sharing of residence orders, some new undercurrents in the approach of the courts towards the granting and removal of parental responsibility and considers applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction.
