Speaker: Safda Mahmood, LLB (Hons), Dib. L, M.A., F.H e., Cert. Ed., Solicitor, has extensive experience in both practising and presenting Family Law and Children Law. Safda is on the Law Society Children Panel and writes regularly for various publications, such as Family Law Journal, The Legal Executive Journal and The Law Society Bulletin. He is a highly articulate and personable speaker who has a practical and pragmatic approach to his subject.
